Is your work van or trailer disorganized? Do you have tool organizers piled on the floor? It is time to organize your life with the SVT Racking (shop/van/trailer) system. Utilizing 5mm system holes spaced precisely to maximize the ability for you to store your tool organizers efficiently.

Each system is shipped flat-packed and assembled by the customer. Product packing sheet is included with a QR code to the assembly video (link above). The UV pre-finished plywood can quickly be assembled in under an hour with a little wood glue and your choice of mechanical fastener. If you want to keep it looking clean, use some clamps and allow the joint to dry. Our preference is 18 gauge brad nails to connect the parts. ROO Glue, Titebond Melamine Glue, or any glue designed for melamine or pre-finished material.

This unit is for a single tower with four drawers. Two 6-inch drawers and two 12-inch drawers. This unit is specifically designed to fit over the wheel arch in your trailer or van. The inside clearance span is 35-9/16"

Internal Drawer Dimensions:

6-inch drawer: 5" tall x 15" deep x 33.5" wide

12-inch drawers: 11" tall x 15" deep x 33.5" wide*

*The 12-inch drawers will come with dividers that can be installed if you desire. You can use both dividers to make four equal sections or just use one to divide the space into two equal sections.

The standard unit dimensions are:

71" high x 36.5" wide x 17" deep

Assemble the drawers following the Drawer QR code on the packing sheet. Attached are the drawer slides to the cabinet case with the 5mm system screws and the drawer slide member to the drawer with the included wood screws.
