Refund policy

All of the products that STV Racking manufactures are custom-built following an order being received. The custom nature of our products & the products’ weights driving higher shipping costs requires STV Racking to maintain a no-refund policy on all orders. However, in the event of a defective product, returns, exchanges, or replacements would happily be accepted at the discretion of STV Racking.
