Is your work van or trailer disorganized? Do you have tool organizers piled on the floor? It is time to organize your life with the SVT Racking (shop/van/trailer) system. Utilizing 5mm system holes spaced precisely to maximize the ability for you to store your tool organizers efficiently.

Each system is shipped flat-packed and assembled by the customer. The product packing sheet is included with a QR code to the assembly video (link above). The plywood can quickly be assembled in under an hour with a little wood glue and your choice of mechanical fastener. If you want to keep it looking clean, use some clamps and allow the joint to dry. Our preference is 18 gauge brad nails to connect the parts. ROO Glue, Titebond Melamine Glue, or any glue designed for melamine or prefinished material.

The standard unit dimensions are:

Systainer - 71" high x 18" wide x 17" deep

Milwaukee Packout - 71" high x 24-13/16" wide x 17" deep

Dewalt Tough System - 71" high x 24-13/16" wide x 17" deep

Ridgid Pro Tool Storage System - 71" high x 24-13/16" wide x 17" deep

The drawer plates are designed and manufactured with pockets to securely hold your tool organizers in place. Or if you are a Milwaukee Packout owner, you can use our Torpedo Dock to completely secure your tool organizer to the tray of the STV Racking. (CURRENTLY NOT PICTURED)

Install the Shark-Loc mechanism to the trays following the Shark-Loc QR code on the packing sheet.

The main unit is the starting price. You will need to specify the tool brand and how many shelves/plates you would like. They come with the plate and the drawer slides. Drawer slides are expensive but certainly the Cadillac of flexibility and functionality.
